- Mixing Tank is 10' diameter x 40' long.
- Mixing Tank construction is ¼” or 3/8" A-36 mild steel plate.

- W6X25# End Plate Stiffeners, and Motor Support Beams.
- Caged ladder or stairs for access to top of tank.
- Walkway on top of tank with Safety Grating and 1-1/2" Square Tubing Handrails that fold down for transportation.
- Two (2): 24" Square Inspection Hatches.
- Two (2): 4" inlet pipe with quick connect coupling mounted at front of tank and one at the rear of tank.
- Two (2): 8" pipes with blind flange, (one at rear and one at front of tank for unloading or clean-out).
- Paddle System includes the following:
- 3x3x3/8" angle with 12" X 6" plates welded on the outer tips and mounted on 6" schedule 80 pipe.
- 6" schedule 80 pipe is in 10' sections with 3-15/16" connecting shafts with hard iron bearings and hangers.
- 3-15/16" Drive shaft with keyway for coupling, including Two (2): Link belt 3-15/16" Pillow Block Bearing between end of shaft and BLS MFG Seal Housing.
- BLS MFG Seal Housing includes:
- Auto Lubrication System where the drive shaft pierces the wall of the tank
- Note constant supply of grease is required during operation.
- Auto Lubrication System where the drive shaft pierces the wall of the tank
- One coat of direct to metal epoxy paint (4-5 mils dry).
